Prices for condos rising fastest in these South Florida neighborhoods
In this review of condo pricing in the Tri-county market based on zip code, two of the worst performers were in Greater Downtown Miami. Zip code 33130 has seen a 12% decline in values and zip code 33130 has seen an astonishing 22% decline in values. I expect these numbers to get much worse heading into 2019.
