Fantastic article that describes the rise in population in Downtown, which now caters to many diverse segments, including millennials with children. What the article glosses over are the incredible statistics regarding pre-sold condo units. Specifically, the article mentions four The Related Group projects, which are 90% plus pre-sold. However, it is unknown how many of those units will actually close on there contracts, especially as contract holders are seeing other buyers that closed earlier, list there closed units below contract prices.
